Teachers and students can download the following forms to assist with project development and management:

• Student Profile and Participation Agreement-to collect basic student information and to document student and parent agreement
• Topic Submission and Approval-to provide information about the desired topic of exploration
• Weekly Planner-to record week's goals and daily plans
• Product Proposal-to guide the creation of a product proposal
• Research Plan/Proposal-to guide student research plan and identify possible resources
• Project Due Dates-to document the dates of project meetings and milestones
• Primary Resource Process Sheet-to document learning from primary resources
• Secondary Resource Sheet-to document learning from secondary resources
• Mentor Meeting Review-to summarize a meeting with the mentor
• Periodic Progress Check-to review the student's progress throughout the course of the project
